Timeline
No-Risk Paper Submission Period
Until 15 December 2016

This is the last responsible moment to submit papers and be able to participate in the Early Bird Registration and Hotel Block Booking.
At-Risk Paper Submission Period
Until 16 January 2017

For papers submitted in this time window that do not need any revision, authors will be guaranteed feedback within 4 weeks, i.e. in time for the Early Bird Registration and the Hotel Block Booking deadline (March 17th 2017)

If revision of the manuscript is requested, we cannot guarantee an acceptance notice by that deadline. This places authors at a risk of having to find alternative accommodation in the vicinity.

Early Bird Registration
Until 17 March 2017

*Note that papers that are determined by review to need significant revisions may slip into the later windows. Papers determined to need minor revisions will receive final acceptance on the timeline described.
